Mat6 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the mat6 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mat6 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mat6 ("Platform"). The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be displayed within the platform. Continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and current.
Account Registration and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only on the mat6 platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same information, or to circumvent restrictions, is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information. All details must be accurate and up to date. mat6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Your account security responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
- Notify mat6 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Mat6 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a mat6 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure in any way.
- Spreading false information, committing fraud, or distributing illegal content through the platform.
- Using another person's account or attempting to access another user's account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including payment fraud or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all outstanding balances, and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the mat6 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow and GrabPay. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in your own name and that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method – DuitNow is typically instant, while other methods may take up to 24 business hours.
Withdrawal and cancellation policy
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Mat6 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any suspicious withdrawal attempts or those that conflict with our anti-money laundering policy may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.
- Unused deposits may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the type of promotion applied.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limitations
Mat6 strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from a temporary inability to access the platform, delays in transaction processing due to technical factors beyond our control, or game outcomes affected by issues with the user's own internet connection.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the mat6 platform are the exclusive property of mat6 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission from mat6 management.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Mat6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, unlawful activity, or any threat to the security of the platform or other users. In the event of a suspension, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user once the investigation concludes, unless the balance is linked to activity that violates these terms.
Third-Party Links
The mat6 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Mat6 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.
You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the mat6 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for all matters relating to this agreement.
